The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery heat dissipation, in particular to a lithium battery liquid cooling system which comprises a heat convection partition plate, and a first heat dissipation module and a second heat dissipation module are arranged on the two sides of the heat convection partition plate respectively. The first heat dissipation module is provided with a first liquid inlet and outlet connector, the second heat dissipation module is connected with a second liquid inlet and outlet connector, and the first liquid inlet and outlet connector and the second liquid inlet and outlet connector are located at the same end of the heat convection partition plate. The heat convection partition plate is provided with a reversing groove which is communicated with the first heat dissipation module and the second heat dissipation module. Cooling liquid flows into the first heat dissipation module along the first liquid inlet and outlet connecting port, enters the second heat dissipation module through the reversing groove and flows out along the second liquid inlet and outlet connecting port. And the cooling liquid flows in opposite phases in the first heat dissipation module and the second heat dissipation module. The system is simple in structure, good in cooling effect, free of damage to the battery and convenient to install.

    本发明涉及锂电池散热技术领域,具体是一种锂电池液冷系统,包括热对流隔板,沿所述热对流隔板的两侧分别设置有第一散热模块和第二散热模块;所述第一散热模块上设置有第一进出液连接口,所述第二散热模块上连接有第二进出液连接口,所述第一进出液连接口和所述第二进出液连接口位于所述热对流隔板的同一端;所述热对流隔板上开设有连通所述第一散热模块和所述第二散热模块连接的换向槽;冷却液沿所述第一进出液连接口流入所述第一散热模块,经所述换向槽进入所述第二散热模块,并沿所述第二进出液连接口流出;所述冷却液在所述第一散热模块和所述第二散热模块内做相反相流动。本系统不仅结构简单,降温效果好,而且不伤电池,安装方便。
