The high-strength thermal-insulation composite board comprises a first panel layer, a middle layer and a second panel layer from bottom to top, the first panel layer and the second panel layer are of a same structure, the first panel layer is composed of an inner skin, an outer skin, a plurality of No.1 reinforcing ribs and resin filling layers, and the No.1 reinforcing ribs are evenly distributed between the inner skin and the outer skin at intervals; the gaps between the adjacent No.1 reinforcing ribs, the gaps between the inner skin and the No.1 reinforcing ribs and the gaps between the outer skin and the No.1 reinforcing ribs are filled with the resin filling layers; the middle layer is a resin foam layer or a framework supporting layer, the framework supporting layer is composed of a plurality of No.2 reinforcing ribs, and the No.2 reinforcing ribs are evenly distributed between the first panel layer and the second panel layer at intervals. According to the high-strength thermal-insulation composite board, the reinforcing ribs are arranged in the inner panel layer and the outer panel layer respectively, the bearing capacity of the panel layers is improved, and the external impact force can be effectively resisted.

    本发明属于复合板材的制备领域,公开一种高强保温复合板材及其制备方法。由下至上包括第一面板层、中间层、第二面板层,第一面板层与第二面板层的结构相同,所述第一面板层由内蒙皮、外蒙皮、若干个1#加强筋、树脂填充层组成,1#加强筋均匀间隔分布于内蒙皮和外蒙皮之间,树脂填充层填充于相邻1#加强筋之间的空隙、内蒙皮和1#加强筋之间的空隙以及外蒙皮和1#加强筋之间的空隙中;所述中间层为树脂泡沫层或骨架支撑层,所述骨架支撑层由若干个2#加强筋组成,2#加强筋均匀间隔分布于第一面板层和第二面板层之间。本发明的高强保温复合板材分别在内外面板层中设置了加强筋,提高了面板层的承载力,可有效抵抗外来的冲击力。
