The invention discloses a motor single-rotation consumption reduction device of a hybrid power system, which comprises a gearbox, a power output shaft of an internal combustion engine is connected with the gearbox, and a power input shaft of the gearbox is connected with a power output shaft of a motor driving system through a single-rotation connecting shaft to form the hybrid power system. The single-rotation connecting shaft comprises a sleeve opposite end and a shaft opposite end; a sleeve opening is formed in the opposite end of the sleeve, protruding ratchets are arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve opening, and a rotating shaft is arranged in the center of the sleeve opening. An assembly hole is formed in the shaft opposite end in the radial direction, an ejector block is movably installed in the assembly hole, an elastic component is arranged in the assembly hole between the ejector block and the shaft opposite end, and the elastic component enables the ejector block to have the tendency of continuously sliding outwards; according to the device, when the motor driving system does not intervene in work, the motor driving system and the reduction gearbox can be separated, and when the motor driving system does not intervene in work, the device cannot serve as a load of an internal combustion engine to be driven to run; the service life of the motor is prolonged; and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力系统电机单旋降耗装置,包括变速箱,其中在内燃机的动力输出轴与变速箱连接,在变速箱的动力输入轴通过单旋连接轴连接有电机驱动系统的动力输出轴,构成混合动力系统;所述单旋连接轴包括套对端、轴对端;套对端具有套口,在套口的内壁具有凸出的棘齿,在套口的中心设有旋转轴;轴对端沿径向设有装配孔,在装配孔可活动的安装有顶块,在顶块与轴对端之间的装配孔内设有弹性部件,弹性部件使得顶块具有持续向外滑动的趋势;该装置可以在电机驱动系统不介入工作时,可以将电机驱动系统与减速箱达到“分离”的效果,在电机驱动系统没有介入工作时,不会作为内燃机的负载被驱动运行;延长电机的使用寿命和降低能耗。
