The invention discloses a transmission system configuration for a pure electric vehicle. The transmission system configuration comprises a first power source, a second power source, a transmission gear set, a brake and a differential mechanism assembly, the first power source, the second power source and the transmission gear set are all constructed with a transmission inner shell as a carrier, the first power source comprises an EM1 motor, a PGS planet row assembly and a gear ring reduction gear, and the second power source comprises an EM2 motor, a PGS planet row assembly and a gear ring reduction gear; the EM1 motor is connected with a PGS planet row sun gear through a motor shaft, one end of the brake is connected with a PGS planet carrier, and the other end of the brake is connected with a shell of the gearbox. The second power source directly transmits power to a differential mechanism assembly of a vehicle wheel shaft through a transmission gear set, so that the purpose that an EM2 motor directly drives a vehicle is achieved. According to the transmission device for the pure electric vehicle, the structure is compact, the requirement for the torque of the motor and the manufacturing cost are reduced, in the actual running process of the vehicle, the power sources and the brakes are combined for use, three working modes can be generated, multiple working conditions can be achieved, and the transmission device has the advantage of being high in performance.

    本发明公开了一种用于纯电动车辆的变速器系统构型,包括动力源一、动力源二、传动齿轮组、制动器以及差速器总成,动力源一、动力源二、以及传动齿轮组均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建,动力源一包括EM1电机、PGS行星排组件、以及齿圈减速齿轮,EM1电机通过电机轴与PGS行星排太阳轮相连接,制动器一端与PGS行星行星架连接,另一端与变速箱的壳体连接;动力源二通过传动齿轮组直接将动力传递至车辆车轮轴的差速器组件上,以达到EM2电机直接驱动车辆的目的;本发明用于纯电动车辆的传动装置,结构紧凑,降低了对电机扭矩需求和制造成本,车辆在实际行驶过程中,各动力源与制动器组合使用能够产生三种工作模式,能够实现多种工况,具有较高性能优势。
