The invention discloses a pan-tilt load heat dissipation device, a pan-tilt assembly and an unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the pan-tilt load heat dissipation device comprises a housing which is connected with a pan-tilt; a first heat dissipation assembly which is mounted in the shell; and a control assembly which is connected with the first heat dissipation assembly and is used for acquiring the movement direction information of the holder in real time and controlling the first heat dissipation assembly to act according to the movement direction information of the holder, so that the first heat dissipation assembly provides an airflow channel opposite to the movement direction of the holder in real time, the external air flows through the interior of the shell through the airflow channel, so that the interior of the shell is cooled. The air flow channel opposite to the movement direction of the holder can be provided according to the movement direction information of the holder, so that external air flows through the interior of the shell through the air flow channel. In this way, heat dissipation is conducted on the load element installed in the shell, and meanwhile flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is not affected.
