The invention discloses a multi-target tracking system based on vehicle high beam snapshot binocular vision and satellite navigation data. In order to realize automatic detection of abuse of the vehicle high beam, a real-time multi-target tracking system is needed. Because vehicle high beam snapshot binocular vision and satellite navigation data have different strong and weak characteristics, a tracking system comprising vehicle high beam snapshot binocular vision sensor and satellite navigation sensor data is a first choice in a real road environment. The system is composed of two main parts, namely an initialization algorithm based on a visual sensor image and an automatic identification system facing vehicles running in a lane. The multi-target tracking system has wide adaptability and system robustness in different scenes of villages, cities and the like, different terrains of flatness, steep, sharp turns and the like, and weather forms of rain, snow and the like.
