The invention belongs to the technical field of cranes, and particularly relates to an intelligent lifting capacity monitoring system of a crane. The intelligent lifting capacity monitoring system of the crane comprises a main body, a driving unit, a shell, supporting columns and a pressure sensor, wherein the driving unit is slidably connected to a swing arm in the main body, the set of supporting columns are evenly and fixedly connected to the bottom of the driving unit, the shell is fixedly connected to the ends, away from the driving unit, of the supporting columns, and a set of square holes are evenly formed in the positions, close to the two sides, of the shell. A sliding plate is arranged, and steel wire ropes in the driving unit drive the sliding plate to move in a first groove, so that the sliding plate is influenced by extrusion force generated when the steel wire ropes in the driving unit get close to each other to make contact with the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor sends an alarm signal to a data processing unit to remind a worker that the shaking amplitude of an object is too large in the carrying process, the worker makes corresponding adjustments, the monitoring comprehensiveness of a monitor on the crane is improved, and thus the safety of the crane in the carrying process is improved.
