The invention discloses a gearbox torque control method, system and unit and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that when the vehicle meets a torque control triggering condition, whether the power battery remaining capacity is in a first power battery remaining capacity interval or not is judged; if yes, whether the wheel end demand torque is larger than the reference value or not is judged, if yes, a motor neutral position power assisting mode is started, and if not, a motor neutral position power generating mode is started; and if not, whether the power battery remaining capacity is in a second power battery remaining capacity interval or not is judged, if so, whether the wheel end demand torque is greater than the reference value, and if so, a motor neutral position torque-free mode is started. The gearbox torque control system comprises functional modules for correspondingly realizing the steps. According to the unit, the method is realized when a processor executes the computer program stored in a memory. The vehicle comprises the unit. According to the invention, the balance of the dynamic property, the economical efficiency and the power protection capability of the whole vehicle can be realized under the low-speed and low-electric-quantity working condition of the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开一种变速箱扭矩控制方法、系统、单元及车辆。所述方法:当车辆满足扭矩控制触发条件时,判断动力电池剩余电量是否处于第一动力电池剩余电量区间;若处于,判断轮端需求扭矩是否大于其参考值,若大于,进入电机空档助力模式,若不大于,进入电机空档发电模式;若未处于,判断动力电池剩余电量是否处于第二动力电池剩余电量区间,若处于,判断轮端需求扭矩是否大于其参考值,若大于,进入电机空档无扭矩模式。所述系统包括对应实现上述步骤的功能模块。所述单元:处理器执行存储器中保存的计算机程序时实现所述方法。所述车辆包括所述单元。根据本发明,能够在整车低速低电量工况下实现整车动力性、经济性与保电能力的平衡。
