The invention provides a double-energy-absorption automobile anti-collision device which comprises a first bottom plate, and a first connecting part is arranged on the first bottom plate; the device further comprises a number of first energy absorption parts, a second connecting parts and a tongue-shaped plate are formed at the two ends of each first energy absorption part respectively, and the second connecting parts are connected with the first connecting part; the device further comprises a number of second energy absorption parts, each second energy absorption part comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder arranged in an embedded mode along the axis of the outer cylinder and a blocking grid connected to the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder in an inserted mode, a preset distance exists between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and therefore a walking channel matching the tongue-shaped plates is formed. The first bottom plate directly bears external impact force, transmits impact energy to the first energy absorption parts and pushes the tongue-shaped plates to slide along the walking channel to be curled and deformed so as to absorb part of the impact energy, and then in the curling process of the tongue-shaped plates, the tail ends of the tongue-shaped plates shear the blocking grids so as to consume the residual impact energy, so that two-section dual energy absorption is achieved, impact energy is absorbed to the maximum extent, and the personal safety of a driver is guaranteed.

    本公开提供一种双重吸能汽车防撞装置,包括:第一底板,其上设置有第一连接部;多个第一吸能部,其两端分别形成第二连接部以及舌状板,所述第二连接部与第一连接部连接;多个第二吸能部,其包括外筒,沿所述外筒的轴线内嵌布置的内筒以及插接在所述外筒以及内筒上的阻挡栅,所述外筒与内筒之间存在预设间距,由此形成与所述舌状板适配的行走通道。其中,第一底板直接承受外部冲撞力,并将撞击能量传导至第一吸能部,并推动舌状板沿着行走通道滑动发生卷曲形变以吸收一部分冲击能量,其次,舌状板在卷曲过程中,其末端剪切所述阻挡栅以消耗剩余冲击能量,由此实现两段双重吸能,最大限度的吸收冲击的能量,保障驾驶人员的人身安全。
