The invention relates to an automobile intelligent auxiliary driving method and system based on LiFi signal interaction, and the intelligent auxiliary driving method comprises the following steps: a turning or lane-merging vehicle receives driving information sent by a straight-going vehicle, wherein the driving information comprises vehicle speed information and track information; the turning or lane-merging vehicle calculates the actual distance between the turning or lane-merging vehicle and the straight-going vehicle based on the driving information of the turning or lane-merging vehicle and the driving information of the straight-going vehicle; the turning or lane-merging vehicle compares the actual distance with a preset merging distance; and if the actual distance is smaller than the lane-merging distance, the turning or lane-merging vehicle sends out warning information in a carriage of itself. If there is no appropriate lane merging distance in the current road condition, the turning or lane-merging vehicle gives an alarm in the carriage to remind a driver of the turning or lane merging vehicle to slow down and avoid the straight-going vehicle.
