The invention discloses an adjustable composite stabilizer bar and an assembling method thereof. The adjustable composite stabilizer bar comprises a hollow torsion bar body, the two ends of the torsion bar body are each provided with a leaf spring with the adjustable center distance, the two ends of the torsion bar body are each provided with two threaded sections, the threaded sections are sleeved with the leaf springs, and the inner sides of the leaf springs are limited and fixed through inner end fixing assemblies. each inner end fixing assembly comprises a first fixing assembly and an adjusting assembly, a first anti-loosening reinforcing assembly is further installed between the first fixing assembly and the adjusting assembly, the first fixing assembly and the adjusting assembly are both fixed to the threaded section of the torsion bar body in a screwed mode, and the outer side of each leaf spring is locked and fixed through the locking assembly at the outer end; and the locking assembly comprises a second fixing assembly, a second reinforcing assembly is additionally arranged in the second fixing assembly, and the second fixing assembly is also screwed and fixed to the threaded section of the torsion bar body. The structure of a traditional integrated composite stabilizer bar is changed, universality is high, the requirement for batch machining and production can be met, and the production and use cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可调式复合稳定杆及其装配方法,包括有中空的扭杆杆体,扭杆杆体的两端分别安装有中心距可调的片簧,扭杆杆体的两端部分别设有两段螺纹段,片簧套装在螺纹段上,片簧的内侧通过内端部固定组件限位固定,内端部固定组件包括有固定组件一和调整组件,固定组件一和调整组件之间还安装有防松动的加固组件一,固定组件一和调整组件均旋合固定在扭杆杆体的螺纹段上,片簧的外侧通过外端部的锁紧组件锁紧固定,锁紧组件包括有固定组件二,固定组件二内加装有加固组件二,固定组件二也旋合固定在扭杆杆体的螺纹段上。本发明改变了传统的一体式复合稳定杆的结构,通用性强,可实现批量加工生产的要求降低了生产和使用成本。
