The invention provides combined hoisting equipment and a hoisting method for bridge engineering construction. The combined hoisting equipment for bridge engineering construction comprise a bridge body, a hoisting mechanism, and a reinforcing mechanism, wherein the reinforcing mechanism comprises a rope, a supporting plate, a variable frequency motor, a fixing shaft, rolling wheels and grooves, the supporting plate is installed at the bottom end of the hoisting mechanism, the rolling wheels are rotatably connected into the supporting plate at equal intervals, the side walls of the rolling wheels are fixedly connected with the fixing shaft, the variable frequency motor is installed on the side wall of the supporting plate and connected with the fixing shaft, the rope is wound on the side walls of the rolling wheels, the grooves are formed in the bottom face of the supporting plate at equal intervals, the rope is connected into the grooves in a sliding mode, and the rope abuts against the bottom face of the bridge body; and the equipment further comprises a connection mechanism, a support mechanism, a limiting mechanism, and a fixing mechanism. The combined hoisting equipment and the hoisting method for bridge engineering construction provided by the invention have the advantage of rapidly hoisting a prefabricated bridge.
