The invention discloses a large tank body angle position correction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the deviation angle of a reference flange opening of a tank wall is detected, and the whole tank wall is lifted to a certain height by using multiple lifters; secondly, multiple angle correctors are installed at the bottom of the outer side of the tank wall, the angle correctors are rotationally connected with the bottom of the tank wall, and the lower ends of the angle correctors make contact with a foundation outside a tank body; thirdly, all the lifters are controlled to do synchronous descending motion, the descending speed is controlled according to the descending height and the rotating angle of the tank wall, and the tank wall rotates around the circle center of the tank wall in the descending process; and fourthly, the deviation angle of the reference flange opening of the tank wall is detected in real time, when it is detected that the deviation angle of the reference flange opening of the tank wall is adjusted to be zero, the lifters stop descending, then all the angle correctors are dismantled, and correction of the tank wall is completed. By means of the method, the adjustment difficulty of the deviation tank body is greatly reduced, the operation process is simple, and the engineering cost is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种大型罐体角度位置校正方法,包括:步骤一,检测罐壁的参考法兰口的偏移角度,利用多个升降机将罐壁整体提升到一定的高度;步骤二,在罐壁的外侧底部安装多个角度矫正器,所述角度矫正器与罐壁的底部转动连接,角度矫正器的下端与罐体外部的地基接触;步骤三,控制所有的升降机做同步下降运动,根据罐壁下降的高度和转动的角度控制下降速度,罐壁下降的过程中围绕其圆心转动;步骤四,实时检测罐壁参考法兰口的偏移角度,当检测到罐壁参考法兰口的偏移角度调整为零时升降机停止下降,然后将所有的角度矫正器拆除,罐壁的矫正完毕。本发明大大降低了偏移罐体的调节难度,操作过程简单,有效的降低了工程成本。
