The invention discloses a high-power fuel cell control method for a passenger car, which comprises the following steps of: S1, starting a car, and executing a power-on process by a vehicle-mounted controller; s2, the vehicle-mounted controller completes a power-on process; s3, the vehicle-mounted controller receives a fuel cell stack starting instruction; s4, boosting DCDC pre-charging by the fuel cell controller; s5, the vehicle-mounted controller judges whether the SOC is not larger than a first threshold value a or not, and if yes, the step S6 is executed; if not, the fuel cell system is in a standby state; s6, the vehicle-mounted controller judges the states of the whole vehicle and the fuel cell system, and if the states are normal, the step S7 is executed; if yes, sending a shutdown instruction, and not corresponding to the start-up instruction any more; s7, the vehicle-mounted controller sends a stack starting instruction to the fuel cell system; s8, the fuel cell system sends a power loading permission instruction; and S9, the vehicle-mounted controller judges the size relation between the SOC and the second threshold value b, the third threshold value c and the fourth threshold value d, and a corresponding strategy is executed. The safety of the whole vehicle is effectively protected, and the vehicle driving mileage is increased.

    本发明公开了一种客车用大功率燃料电池控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1:车辆开启,车载控制器执行上电流程;S2:车载控制器完成上电流程;S3:车载控制器接收到燃料电池启堆指令;S4:燃料电池控制器升压DCDC预充;S5:车载控制器判断SOC是否不大于第一阈值a,若是,执行步骤S6;若否,燃料电池系统处于待机状态;S6:车载控制器判断整车和燃料电池系统状态,若正常,执行步骤S7;若异常,发送停机指令、且不再相应启堆指令;S7:车载控制器向燃料电池系统发出启堆指令;S8:燃料电池系统发出允许加载功率指令;S9:车载控制器判断SOC和第二阈值b、第三阈值c、第四阈值d的大小关系,并执行相对应策略。本发明有效保护整车安全,增加车辆行驶里程。
