The invention discloses a control method and system for keyless starting of a motorcycle. The control method comprises the steps that a controller establishes wireless communication connection with an electronic key; and the controller carries out ID code authentication on the electronic key, and responds to a control signal of the electronic key to control a relay of the motorcycle to lock or unlock an electric door lock of the motorcycle if the authentication succeeds. On the basis that an original motorcycle structure is not changed, the one-key starting and stopping device can be conveniently installed on motorcycles of different types, the convenient and rapid one-key starting and stopping function is achieved, and a motorcycle owner does not need to take out an original key to carry out tedious operations such as lock hole inserting, unlocking, starting, locking and key pulling-out. The system can also integrate the functions of anti-theft alarm and one-key vehicle searching, thereby not only bringing great convenience to users, but also improving the anti-theft safety of the whole vehicle.
