The invention provides a control method and system and a controller for FTR lock padlock protection and a crane. The method comprises the steps that an initial inching lifting signal is obtained; according to the initial inching lifting signal, a container is controlled to conduct an initial inching lifting action; the current weight of the container in the initial inching lifting process is obtained; and according to the preset weight of the container, the current weight of the container and the preset lifting distance of the container, multiple pieces of control information are generated in a staged mode, and the multiple pieces of control information are used for controlling the inching lifting action of the container in a staged mode till the container is completely unlocked. According to the control method, an operator sends the inching lifting signal to control whether inching is carried out or not, meanwhile, inching control is performed to enable the container to be lifted within the preset distance, and therefore step-by-step unlocking is achieved, safe operation in the container unlocking process is guaranteed, the number of personnel who observe and command lifting beside a flatcar can be reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved.
本申请提供了一种FTR锁挂锁保护的控制方法、控制器、系统以及起重机,此方法包括获取初次点动举升信号;根据初次点动举升信号,控制集装箱进行初次点动举升动作;获取集装箱在初次点动举升过程中的当前重量;以及根据集装箱的预设重量、集装箱的当前重量以及集装箱的预设举升距离,阶段性地生成多个控制信息,多个控制信息用于阶段性地控制集装箱的点动举升动作,直至集装箱完全脱锁。此控制方法通过操作者发送点动举升信号来控制点动是否进行,同时点动控制集装箱在预设距离中进行举升,从而实现分步脱锁,既保证了集装箱脱锁过程的安全作业,又可以减少在平车旁对举升进行观察指挥的人员,节省人力成本,同时提高了作业效率。
