The power suction device comprises a suction assembly, the suction assembly is installed at the bottom of an oil tank, an inlet of the suction assembly is communicated with the inside of a gearbox through an oil suction pipe, an outlet of the suction assembly is located in the oil tank, and the suction assembly is used for sucking redundant oil in the gearbox into the oil tank; and the suction assembly is connected with a power pipe, and the power pipe provides a power source for oil suction of the suction assembly. The power source is provided for the suction assembly through the power pipe, the power source forms a high-pressure and high-flow-speed power source after passing through a damping spray head, and when the high-pressure and high-flow-speed power source passes through an injection pipe and then is diffused upwards, certain negative pressure is generated at an oil suction opening of a suction connecting pipe, so that oil and foam in the gearbox are automatically sucked into an oil suction pipeline, redundant oil is completely sucked into the oil tank, the liquid level in the gearbox is kept below a transmission gear all the time, and therefore the problem of power loss caused by oil stirring of the transmission gear is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种动力抽吸装置,包括抽吸组件,所述抽吸组件安装在油箱的底部,抽吸组件的入口通过吸油管与齿轮箱内部相连通,抽吸组件的出口位于油箱内,抽吸组件用于将齿轮箱内多余的油液吸入到油箱中;所述抽吸组件上连接有动力管,动力管向抽吸组件抽吸油液提供动力源。本发明通过动力管为抽吸组件提供动力源,通过阻尼喷头后使动力源形成一股高压高流速的动力源,当高压高流速的动力源通过喷射管后往上扩散时,在抽吸连管的吸油口处产生一定的负压,使齿轮箱内的油液和泡沫自动吸入到吸油管路内,将多余的油液全部吸入到油箱中,使得齿轮箱内的液位始终保持在传动齿轮的下方,从而有效解决因传动齿轮搅油而产生的功率损耗的问题。
