The invention provides a wireless auxiliary confirmation method and device for a hanging tank on hooks of a large metallurgical ladle crane, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) installing wireless transmitters and triggers at plate hooks of two hooks of the crane, and installing a set of auxiliary confirmation alarm device with a wireless receiver in a cab; (2) when a steel ladle is hung by the hooks, the steel ladle completely falls into the bottom of the plate hook through a tank body trunnion, a trigger is triggered, and the trigger sends a signal to the wireless transmitters in the form of a switching signal; and (3) the wireless transmitters transmit a wireless signal to the wireless receivers in the cab, whether the hooks are firmly hung or not is confirmed through logical judgment of the auxiliary confirmation alarm device, and finally voice and acousto-optic prompt signals are sent out. The phenomena of unfirm hanging, unhooking and the like when the steel ladle and a hot-metal bottle are hung by the metallurgical ladle crane are avoided, major safety accidents are completely eradicated, and the running safety of the large metallurgical ladle crane is improved.

    本发明提供一种大型冶金铸造起重机吊钩挂罐无线辅助确认方法及装置,所述的方法包括如下步骤:1)在起重机的两个吊钩的板钩处均安装无线发射器及触发器,在司机室安装一套具有无线接收器的辅助确认警报装置;2)当吊钩吊挂钢包时,通过罐体耳轴完全落入板钩底部后,触动触发器,触发器以开关信号的形式给无线发射器信号;3)无线发射器发射无线信号传输至司机室的无线接收器,经过辅助确认警报装置的逻辑判断,确认吊钩是否挂牢,最后发出语音及声光提示信号。避免冶金铸造起重机吊挂钢水包及铁水罐时,出现吊挂不牢、脱钩等现象的发生,杜绝重大安全事故的发生,提高大型冶金铸造起重机运行的安全性。
