The invention discloses a suspension fault early warning method and system for a high-speed maglev train. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring each suspension controller of the whole train and each suspension electromagnet of the whole train so as to realize real-time early warning, online real-time analysis and health prediction of a suspension system; meanwhile, rapidly recording whole-course data, and rapidly performing fault positioning on the suspension system in combination with a matched ground analysis system; in combination with the real-time waveform, performing analysis and service life pre-judging on the operation states of a suspension converter and other key equipment; and performing control treatment on the suspension system according to the vehicle network instruction to guarantee operation of the train. The method has the advantages of being easy to operate, remarkable in effect, low in cost and suitable for being applied and popularized in the maglev train, and therefore good economic benefits are obtained.

    本发明公开了一种高速磁浮列车悬浮故障预警方法及系统,通过对整列车的各个悬浮控制器、整车各悬浮电磁铁的监控实现悬浮系统实时预警、在线实时分析、健康预测;同时进行全程数据快速记录,结合配套的地面分析系统快速进行悬浮系统的故障定位;结合实时波形,对悬浮变流器及其他关键设备的运行状态进行分析与寿命预判;根据车辆网络指令进行悬浮系统的控制处理,保障列车的运行。本发明具有操作简单,效果显著,成本较低,适合在磁浮列车中推广应用,从而获得良好的经济效益。
