The invention belongs to the field of municipal engineering, and particularly relates to a municipal engineering-based road monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring pressure signals of passing vehicles through a signal acquisition unit arranged in a buffer zone, and acquiring image information of the passing vehicles through a camera unit; transmitting the pressure signal acquired by the signal acquisition unit and the image information acquired by the camera unit to the cloud; and analyzing and processing the pressure signal at the cloud, so that the speed of the vehicle is calculated, and if the overspeed condition occurs, the image information acquired at the same time and at the same place is analyzed and processed, so that the license plate number of the overspeed vehicle is obtained. The speed information of the vehicle is monitored by means of the buffer zone, and functional diversification of the buffer zone is achieved; according to the invention, the overspeed condition of the vehicle can be rapidly monitored, and the overspeed vehicle can be rapidly identified under the condition that a plurality of vehicles pass through the buffer zone.

    本发明属于市政工程领域,具体涉及一种基于市政工程的道路监测方法,包括:通过内置于缓冲带中的信号采集单元采集过往车辆的压力信号,通过摄像单元采集过往车辆的图像信息;将信号采集单元采集到的压力信号和摄像单元采集到的图像信息传输至云端;在云端对压力信号进行分析处理,从而计算出车辆的车速,若出现超速的情况,则再对相同时间和相同地方所采集到的图像信息进行分析处理,得到该超速车辆的车牌号。本发明借助缓冲带监测车辆的速度信息,实现缓冲带的功能多样化;本发明能够快速监测出车辆的超速情况,并且能够在缓冲带上有多辆车辆经过的情况下,快速识别出超速车辆。
