The invention relates to a continuous simulation and rapid carrying shipbuilding method based on a digital dock. The method comprises the following steps: a data acquisition step; a physical model construction step; a continuous simulation carrying analysis step: based on the carrying reference section and a first carrying block in the plurality of blocks to be carried, realizing simulation of a first adjacent ring section to obtain a first simulation carrying result, importing the simulation carrying result into a second carrying block in the plurality of blocks to be carried for simulation carrying comparison to obtain a second simulation carrying result, and repeating the steps till the simulation carrying comparison of the last carrying block is completed; a simulation report compiling and pre-repairing step; and a carrying step. According to the invention, continuous simulation hoisting and carrying of a plurality of blocks are realized, and the carrying state of the plurality of blocks can be intuitively analyzed at the same time through simulation carrying of the plurality of blocks; and for possible problems, linkage adjustment is performed on a plurality of block carrying schemes in advance so that the simulation precision is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种基于数字化船坞的连续模拟和快速搭载的造船方法,包括:数据采集步骤;实物模型构建步骤;连续模拟搭载分析步骤:以搭载基准段和多个待搭载总段中的第一个搭载总段为基础实现首个相邻环段模拟得到第一模拟搭载结果,将该模拟搭载结果导入多个待搭载总段的第二个搭载总段进行模拟搭载比对得到第二模拟搭载结果,并重复上述步骤直到完成最后一个搭载总段的模拟搭载比对;模拟报告编制及预修步骤;搭载步骤。本发明实现多个总段连续模拟吊装搭载,通过多个总段模拟搭载可以同进直观分析多个总段搭载状态;对于可能出现问题提前对多个总段搭载方案进行联动调整,模拟精度大幅提升。
