An elevator remote monitoring system is provided. The present invention addresses the problem of providing an elevator remote monitoring system capable of collecting elevator data when a failure is likely to occur. As a solution, the elevator remote monitoring system is provided with: a frequency of use calculation unit which calculates the frequency of use of an elevator and determines whether or not the value of the frequency of use is equal to or greater than a set threshold value; and a collection unit that collects maintenance information from the elevator when the frequency of use calculation unit determines that the value of the frequency of use is greater than or equal to the threshold value.
