The invention relates to a shock-absorbing coupler structure and a lifting mechanism. The shock-absorbing coupler structure comprises a first coupler body, a coupler buffering cushion and a second coupler body. One end part of the first coupler body is used for being fixed with an output shaft of a motor. The coupler buffering cushion is arranged in the first coupler body, the coupler buffering cushion and the first coupler body can rotate synchronously, and the coupler buffering cushion is used for weakening vibration transmitted from an output shaft of the motor. The second coupler body is arranged in the coupler buffering cushion, the coupler buffering cushion is clamped between the second coupler body and the first coupler body, the second coupler body and the coupler buffering cushion can rotate synchronously, the second coupler body is used for being fixed to one end portion of a worm, then the vibration transmission path during operation of the motor is cut off through the first coupler body, the second coupler body and the coupler buffering cushion, and the operation noise of the whole lifting mechanism can be reduced.
