The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle fuel tank ventilation and pressurization device and a using method. The device comprises a fuel tank, an oil filler cap, a pressure sensor, a safety valve, a negative pressure valve, a ventilation and pressurization pipeline, a ventilation electromagnetic valve and a pressurization air pump. One end of the ventilation pressurization pipeline is connected with the top of the fuel tank, the other end of the ventilation pressurization pipeline is connected with the outlet end of the pressurization air pump, the inlet end of the pressurization air pump is directly communicated with the atmosphere, the inlet end of the safety valve is connected with the ventilation pressurization pipeline, the outlet end of the negative pressure valve is connected with the ventilation pressurization pipeline, and the ventilation electromagnetic valve is installed on the ventilation pipeline; the device is simple in structure and reliable in work, serious evaporation loss caused by boiling of fuel oil can be prevented, meanwhile, onboard energy consumption is reduced, and the service life of a finished product is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种无人机油箱通气增压装置及使用方法,所述装置包括燃油箱、加油口盖、压力传感器、安全活门、负压活门、通气增压管路、通气电磁阀和增压气泵;加油口盖设置在燃油箱顶部,通气增压管路一端与燃油箱的顶部连接,另一端与增压气泵出口端连接,增压气泵入口端直通大气,安全活门入口端与通气增压管路连接,负压活门出口端与通气增压管路连接,通气电磁阀安装与通气管路上;本发明结构简单、工作可靠,能够防止燃油发生沸腾引起严重的蒸发损失,同时减少了机上能源消耗,延长了成品使用寿命等。
