The invention relates to a close-packed section safe turnover device. The device comprises a containing base, a bearing part is arranged at the front end of the containing base and used for being in embedded butt joint with a mounting shaft of a close-packed section, and a butt joint shaft is arranged at the tail end of the containing base and used for being in embedded butt joint with a butt joint clamping position of the close-packed section. The two ends of the butt joint shaft are rotatably connected with the containing base, a winch is arranged below the butt joint shaft, the butt joint shaft is provided with a guide wheel, and a steel wire rope of the winch winds around the guide wheel and extends out. When the close-packed section is hoisted, the close-packed section is prevented from shaking, and personnel safety is ensured.
