The invention discloses an underwater robot unhooking device and a releasing method and a recycling method thereof. The device comprises a controller, a driving motor, a releasing motor and a traction motor and further comprises a plurality of guide pipes which are nested layer by layer, wherein at least one guide sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of each guide pipe in the axial direction, and a guide pulley is hinged to the outer wall of the end of each guide pipe; the guide pulleys of the adjacent nested inner-layer guide pipes are embedded into the guide sliding grooves of the outer-layer guide pipes to form sliding connection, a release hook is arranged at the bottom end of the last-section guide pipe and comprises a fixed hook and a movable hook which are spliced and closed, a first magnet is fixedly arranged on the hook tip of the fixed hook, and a second magnet is fixedly arranged on the hook tip of the movable hook. A guide cylinder is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the bottom end of the last section of guide pipe, the bottom end of the guide cylinder is open, the top of the movable hook is fixedly connected with a guide column, the guide column is sleeved with a reset spring, the guide column and the reset spring penetrate into the guide cylinder, the upper end of the reset spring abuts against the top wall of the guide cylinder, and the lower end of the reset spring abuts against an annular table of the guide column.
