The invention discloses a height-accurately-adjusted ornament stay wire type hanging structure which comprises a hanging seat, a guide wheel, a sliding rail, a height adjusting assembly, a stay wire and an ornament, one end of the stay wire is fixedly installed on the ornament, and the other opposite end of the stay wire extends into a groove in the bottom of the hanging seat and penetrates out of a through hole in the side wall of the hanging seat. A sliding groove is formed in one side of the sliding rail, a plurality of inserting grooves are formed in the other opposite side of the sliding rail, the height adjusting assembly comprises a sliding seat, a rotating adjusting piece and a bolt, the sliding seat is slidably connected to the sliding rail, a threaded rod body of the rotating adjusting piece is in threaded connection to the sliding seat, and the end of the bolt penetrates through the side wall of the sliding seat and then is inserted into the inserting grooves. And the stay wire penetrating out of the through hole bypasses the guide wheel and then is wound on the threaded rod body of the rotary adjusting piece. Compared with the prior art, the hanging height of the ornament can be flexibly and precisely adjusted when the ornament is hung, the ornament can rotate in a plane to adjust the angle so as to adjust the posture, and the decoration effect of the ornament is fully guaranteed.
