The invention discloses an efficient cooling device for a ship turbine, wherein the efficient cooling device comprises a bearing platform, a supporting mechanism used for supporting the turbine, a fixed water cooling mechanism used for fixing and water-cooling the turbine, and an evaporative cooling mechanism used for cooling the turbine again; the supporting mechanism comprises supporting columns fixedly connected to the lower portion of the bearing platform, a cavity is formed in the bearing platform, a valve is arranged at the bottom of the cavity, a first partition plate is slidably connected to the interior of the cavity in a sealed mode, and straight rods are fixedly connected to the first partition plate and penetrate through the cavity; and the ends, located outside the bearing platform, of the straight rods are jointly and fixedly connected with a supporting plate, a gas pipeline is arranged in the bearing platform, and one side of the bearing platform is fixedly connected with a pressurizing block. The efficient cooling device has the advantages that the supporting mechanism and the fixed water cooling mechanism are used for fixing the turbine, the device is suitable for machines of different sizes, and meanwhile the cooling pipeline can be used for cooling the turbine.

    本发明公开了一种船舶轮机用高效式冷却装置,包括承载平台,支撑机构,其用于对轮机进行支撑,固定水冷机构,其用于对轮机进行固定和水冷,蒸发冷却机构,其用于对轮机再次进行散热,所述支撑机构包括固定连接于承载平台下方的支撑柱,所述承载平台内部开设有空腔,所述空腔底部设置有阀门,所述空腔内部密封滑动连接有第一隔板,所述第一隔板上固定连接有直杆,所述直杆贯穿空腔,所述直杆位于承载平台外部的一端上共同固定连接有支撑板,所述承载平台内部设置有气体管道,所述承载平台一侧固定连接有加压块。优点在于:利用支撑机构和固定水冷机构对轮机进行固定,适用于不同大小的机械,同时可以利用冷却管道对其进行散热。
