The invention discloses a front-end wheel train driving power generation system and method and a vehicle. The system comprises an engine, a gearbox, an engine controller, a high-voltage generator, a transfer case, a high-voltage generator controller, a distribution box, a power battery and a power battery controller, wherein the gearbox, the engine controller and the high-voltage generator are arranged on the engine; the transfer case is arranged on the gearbox; the high-voltage generator controller is connected with the high-voltage generator; the distribution box is installed on the high-voltage generator controller, the power battery and the power battery controller are installed on the distribution box; the high-voltage generator is arranged at the front end of the engine, the high-voltage generator is driven by a belt pulley system at the front end of the engine to generate electricity, stable high-voltage direct current is output to the distribution box after rectification and voltage stabilization are carried out through the high-voltage generator controller, and the distribution box allocates different power outputs according to the actual electricity demand of each upper load connected to the distribution box. Therefore, stable high-power generation output can be realized during driving and parking of the vehicle; meanwhile, the power generation controller coordinates and controls the power generation system to work through a CAN bus and detects system faults, and high-voltage power utilization safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种前端轮系行车发电系统、方法及车辆,该系统包括发动机、设于发动机上的变速箱、发动机控制器以及高压发电机、设于变速箱上的分动箱、与高压发电机相连的高压发电机控制器、安装于高压发电机控制器上的配电箱、安装于配电箱上的动力电池及动力电池控制器;高压发电机布置在发动机前端,通过发动机前端皮带轮系驱动高压发电机发电并经过高压发电机控制器进行整流稳压后输出稳定的高压直流电到配电箱,配电箱根据其上连接的各上装负载实际用电需求调配不同电力输出,进而使车辆行车与驻车均可实现稳定的大功率发电输出;同时,发电控制器通过CAN总线协调控制所述发电系统工作,并检测系统故障、保障车辆高压用电安全。
