The invention provides a foreign matter detection method and system for hooking prevention during lifting of a lifting appliance. The method comprises the steps: S1, installing a laser detection switch on a clamp arm of a horizontal rolling clamp, and enabling the detection switch to irradiate downwards; S2, setting the distance between the transverse direction of a laser detection light ray and the front end of a gripper arm as a preset length; S3, setting the end point of the light irradiation length of the laser detection switch to be lower than the upper surface of the gripper arm; S4, judging whether the laser detection switch is in a normal state or not, and obtaining normal state information or abnormal state information of the horizontal roll clamp; and S5, obtaining the foreign matter detection result information for hooking prevention during lifting of lifting appliance. According to the method, the laser switch is used for detecting whether foreign matters exist above the gripper arm or not in the no-load lifting process of the lifting appliance, and the situation that the lifting appliance hooks other foreign matters in the no-load lifting process and consequently the lifting appliance is damaged or other accidents are caused is avoided.
本发明提供了一种吊具起升防钩异物检测方法及系统,包括:步骤S1:在卧卷夹钳的钳臂上安装激光检测开关,使检测开关向下照射;步骤S2:设定激光检测光线横向距离钳爪前端为预设长度;步骤S3:设置激光检测开关的光线照射长度的终点低于钳爪上表面;步骤S4:判断激光检测开关的状态是否为正常状态,获取卧卷夹钳正常状态信息或者卧卷夹钳非正常状态信息;步骤S5:获取吊具起升防钩异物检测结果信息。本发明利用激光开关来检测吊具在空载起升的过程中,钳爪上方是否有异物,避免吊具在空载起升过程中钩住其它异物,造成吊具损坏或其它事故。
