The invention discloses a novel marine rudder capable of reducing vortex-induced vibration, which is characterized in that a rudder following edge is designed into a flat plate shape or a sawtooth shape, vortexes generated by the flat plate-shaped following edge or the sawtooth-shaped following edge and vortexes generated by a traditional rudder following edge form favorable interference, and vortex intensity and vortex-induced force are reduced; meanwhile, the vortex shedding frequency is improved, the inherent frequency of the rudder is avoided, and finally the resonance effect is prevented. The flat plate-shaped following edge can be welded by adopting three welding methods; the sawtooth-shaped following edge can be manufactured in a flat plate-shaped following edge welding mode and can also be manufactured with the rudder as a whole. The vortex-induced force of the rudder can be reduced, the vortex shedding frequency is improved, the inherent frequency of the rudder is avoided, and therefore structural potential safety hazards caused by resonance to the rudder are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型降低涡激振动的船用舵,将舵随边设计成平板形或锯齿形,平板形随边或锯齿形随边产生的涡会与传统舵随边产生的涡形成有利干扰,降低涡强和涡激力;同时,提高涡脱频率,避开舵固有频率,最终防止共振效应。平板形随边可以采用三种焊接方法焊接;锯齿形随边可以采用平板形随边焊接方式制造,也可以和舵作为一个整体进行制造。本发明可以降低舵的涡激力,提高涡脱频率,避开舵固有频率,从而降低共振对舵造成的结构安全隐患。
