The invention belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses a tower crane control system which comprises a ground acquisition module for acquiring obstacle information in a hoisting range; a ground display module used for displaying the obstacle information acquired by the ground acquisition module; an operation room display module used for displaying the obstacle information acquired by the ground acquisition module; and a ground voice module and an operation room voice module, wherein the ground voice module collects a voice instruction from a ground commander and sends the collected voice instruction to the operation room voice module for playing, and the operation room voice module collects a voice instruction from an operation room driver and sends the collected voice instruction to the ground voice module for playing. A ground commander and an operation room driver synchronously check obstacle information and communicate with each other in real time through the ground voice module and the operation room voice module, so that the problem of communication obstacle between the ground commander and the operation room driver is effectively avoided, the situation that a hoisted object collides with the object and hurts people is avoided, and the hoisting safety is high.
