The two sides of the outer surface of the transmission main shaft are respectively and movably sleeved with a group of linkage shaft sleeves, and the outer surfaces of the linkage shaft sleeves are movably sleeved with winches; a connecting through groove penetrating through and extending into the linkage shaft sleeve is formed in one side of the outer surface of the winch, a transmission rope penetrating through the connecting through groove and extending out of the linkage shaft sleeve is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the transmission main shaft, and a locking tooth block is fixedly installed at the end, extending out of the linkage shaft sleeve, of the transmission rope. According to the winch self-locking mechanism based on motor control, for the arrangement of the transmission main shaft and the installation structure on the transmission main shaft, the locking action on the winch is relieved through rotation stress of the transmission main shaft, an additional linkage mechanism or a control system does not need to be arranged, and the locking action can be relieved only through rotation transmission of the transmission main shaft; and the structural arrangement of the winch mechanism is greatly optimized.
