The invention relates to a steering engine, an ultralow-temperature steering engine controller and a small-space asymmetric PCB structure thereof. The PCB structure comprises a plurality of rigid circuit boards, the rigid circuit boards are sequentially connected through flexible circuit boards, the flexible circuit board between every two adjacent rigid circuit boards is bent to enable the rigid circuit boards to be stacked and arranged at intervals, and the rigid circuit boards are relatively fixed through the mounting components; according to the PCB structure, the rigid-flexible composite structure is adopted, and compared with an existing mode of bonding wires between pure rigid circuit boards, the PCB structure has the advantages that bonding wires, welding spots and working hours can be reduced, the installation time is saved, and the mass is reduced; the PCB structure is mounted as a single component, so that mutual staggering of the signal lines of the plate is reduced, and the possibility of wire welding operation errors of workers is greatly reduced; compared with an existing connector connecting structure, the weight can be effectively reduced, the connecting reliability is improved, and the requirements for light weight, miniaturization and ultralow-temperature environment use of the steering engine controller are met.

    本发明涉及一种舵机、超低温舵机控制器及其小空间非对称式PCB结构,该PCB结构包括多个刚性电路板,各刚性电路板之间通过柔性电路板依次连接,相邻两个刚性电路板之间的柔性电路板弯曲使各刚性电路板层叠并相互间隔设置,各刚性电路板通过安装构件相对固定;上述PCB结构采用刚挠复合结构,相较于现有的纯刚性电路板板间焊线方式,本发明结构可减少焊线、焊点以及工时,节约安装时间,减轻质量;将它们作为一个单一的组件来安装,减少了板件信号线的相互交错,大大降低了工人焊线操作失误的可能性;而相对于现有的接插件连接结构,能够有效降低重量,提高连接的可靠性,满足舵机控制器轻量化、小型化及超低温环境使用的需求。
