The invention provides a binding structure of a wire harness. A wire harness having a circular cross-section is stably reduced in height in a wider range in the length direction of the wire harness by using a binding member and a wire clamp having a simpler structure. A wire harness (W) having a circular cross-section, a wire clamp (2) having an engagement section (3) for attaching to a vehicle body, a placement section (4) for placing the wire harness, and a pressing section (5) for pressing the wire harness (W), and a binding member (10) are used. The pressing part (5) has pressing body parts (50, 50) facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the wire harness (W), and facing extension parts (51, 52) connecting the pressing body parts (50, 50), and can temporarily assemble the wire harness (W) to the mounting part (4) in a state where the height of the wire harness (W) is reduced by pressing the wire harness (W). In the temporary assembly state, the carrying part (4) and the opposite extension parts (51, 52) are bundled together with the wire harness (W) in the low height state between the opposite parts of the pressing main body parts (50, 50).
