本发明提供了一种B型舱及船舶,涉及油气储运的技术领域,B型舱,包括:外壳和围护系统。外壳由多块隔板焊接形成,外壳内形成有盛装LNG液体的容纳腔,任意相邻两块隔板之间设有焊缝。围护系统包括由多块隔热砖相互粘接形成的导流槽,导流槽的延伸方向与焊缝的延伸方向相同,导流槽与外壳相连围成泄漏通道,且全部焊缝位于泄漏通道内,同时泄漏通道与外界连通。围护系统还包括第一隔热层,第一隔热层与外壳相连。通过设置泄漏通道,当焊缝发生破损后,LNG液体进入到泄漏通道内,同时,由于泄漏通道还与外界连通,在泄漏通道内的LNG液体会挥发到外界空气中,不会对船体侵蚀。

The enclosure system comprises flow guide channel (210) formed by bonding a plurality of thermal insulation bricks (211), the flow guide channel (210) extends in the same direction as the weld seam (1111), the flow guide channel (210) and the housing (110) are connected to enclose a leakage passage (220), all the weld seams (1111) are located in the leakage passage (220), and the leakage passage (220) is in communication with the outside. The enclosure system further comprises a first thermal insulation layer (230), the first thermal insulation layer (230) being connected to the housing (110). If the weld seams of the type B tank of the vessel are broken, the LNG enters the leakage passage to avoid erosion of a vessel body.
