    本发明一种超厚超大直径单壳体是以海军核潜艇为例,制造超厚、超大直径的单壳体的核潜艇,其特征在于建立超大直径的水冷结晶器模具,将无磁钢材质加入金属钛形成无杂质的纯净钛合金钢成品,且以此为自耗电极由电力系统形成回路,使自耗电极在控制器的作用下,在结晶器模具内熔铸完成超厚超大直径园形潜艇分段体,且在于船台建立滚动装置做电渣自动焊接,同时将分段体内部小半园助肋体加强内应力而进行焊接,使深潜潜航更加安全。
