The invention relates to a propulsion flow path piping system and method. The flow path conduit system includes a base defining a flow surface. The base has an inner surface and an outer surface. A plurality of perforations through the base are formed between the inner surface and the outer surface. The plurality of supports define a plurality of chambers. The plurality of supports extend outwardly from an outer surface of the base. One or more chambers of the plurality of chambers are in fluid communication with one or more perforations of the plurality of perforations. A backing surface is secured to the plurality of supports. The plurality of supports is disposed between the base and the backing surface. The one or more chambers of the plurality of chambers are in fluid communication with an inner volume defined by an inner surface of the base through the one or more perforations of the plurality of perforations. The base, the plurality of supports, and the backing surface may be collectively integrally formed as a monolithic load bearing structure.
