The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline maintenance engineering, and particularly relates to a pipeline fixing frame with a lifting function and a construction method. The fixing frame is fixed to the outer side of a pipeline through a V-shaped block, one end of the supporting frame is connected with a vertical pipe of the fixing frame through a locking piece, and the other end of the supporting frame hangs a maintenance tool. A hydraulic rod is arranged on a beam of the fixing frame, a hydraulic cylinder is installed on one side of the fixing frame, and the hydraulic rod is connected with a vertical pipe of the fixing frame. The pipeline is fixed through the fixing frame with the V-shaped block, the installation space is saved, the fixing frame and the supporting frame are connected through the locking piece, and various connectors are arranged at the end of the supporting frame so as to meet the installation requirement that maintenance tools are not needed. A hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic rod are arranged on the fixing frame, and the hydraulic rod stretches out and draws back to drive the supporting frame and the maintenance machine tool to ascend and descend; the problems of difficulty in lifting, low construction efficiency and the like under the conditions of large space required for fixing a maintenance tool, limited construction space and the like at the present stage are solved.

    本发明属于管道维修工程技术领域,具体地涉及一种具备举升功能的管道固定架及施工方法,包括固定架、锁紧件和支撑架;所述固定架通过V形块固定于管道外侧,支撑架一端通过锁紧件与固定架的竖管相连,另一端挂载维修机具;固定架的横梁上设置液压杆,固定架一侧安装液压缸,液压杆与固定架的竖管连接;通过带有V形块的固定架固定管道,节约了安装空间,利用锁紧件连接固定架与支撑架,支撑架端部设置多种接口,以适应不用维修工具的安装需求;固定架上设置液压缸与液压杆,利用液压杆的伸缩带动支撑架及维修机具的举升与下放;本发明解决了现阶段维修机具固定所需空间大、施工空间有限情况下举升困难及施工效率低等问题。
