The invention provides a high-response steering engine system which collects and analyzes steering engine action parameters of an electric steering engine in the working process so as to determine control surface position change information of the electric steering engine in the working process and judges whether the electric steering engine is in a normal working state or not at present according to the control surface position change information. When the electric steering engine is not in the normal working state currently, motor rotor action parameters of a servo motor in the electric steering engine are collected, so that the output torque of the servo motor is adjusted, and the electric steering engine returns to the normal working state; and finally, collecting and analyzing the actual course information of the load currently driven by the electric steering engine, and judging whether the load has course deviation or not, so as to control the on-off working state of the electric steering engine, so that timely and accurate adjustment can be performed according to the actual course surface position of the electric steering engine. Therefore, the reliability and the accuracy of the electric steering engine in navigation surface rotation control are improved, and the continuous, lasting and stable work of the electric steering engine is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种高响应的舵机系统,其采集和分析电动舵机在工作过程中的舵机动作参数,以此确定电动舵机在工作过程中的舵面位置变化信息,并根据舵面位置变化信息,判断电动舵机当前是否处于正常工作状态;当电动舵机当前不处于正常工作状态时,采集电动舵机内部伺服电机的电机转子动作参数,以此调整伺服电机的输出转矩,从而使电动舵机恢复正常工作状态;最后采集和分析电动舵机当前驱动的负载的实际航向信息,判断负载是否存在航向偏移,从而控制电动舵机的开关工作状态,这样能够根据电动舵机的实际航面位置进行及时和准确的调整,从而提高电动舵机进行航面转动控制的可靠性和精确性和保证电动舵机的连续持久稳定工作。
