本发明公开了一种具有浮动功能的液冷连接装置、电池包和电动汽车,液冷连接装置包括:安装座,设置在电动汽车底部的容纳腔内或者电池包上;以及连接阀,固定于安装座上,连接阀的一端与供液装置相连接,另一端用于与液冷管路相连接;安装座包括固定于电池包上或者电动汽车底部的容纳腔内的安装板以及相对于安装板可沿流通通道的流通方向伸缩移动的移动机构,连接阀固定设于移动机构上。增大了连接阀的移动量,且连接阀移动更加稳定,保证了连接阀连接的稳定性,有效避免了发生冷却液的渗漏现象,大大提高了液冷连接装置的安装稳定性。通过连接阀随动的方式解决了车辆震动等因素导致的连接阀连接不稳定等问题。

According to the scheme, in the process of installing the battery pack at the bottom of the electric automobile, the battery pack is lifted from bottom to top, when the battery pack is lifted upwards in place, the liquid cooling connecting device of the battery pack can be in sealed communication with a liquid cooling pipeline of the electric automobile while the battery pack is installed, the sealing performance is ensured, liquid leakage is prevented, and the installing and connecting process is simple and efficient.
