The invention provides a liquid working medium monitoring system which comprises a detection part and a monitoring part, the detection part comprises a shell, a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure, a closed cavity is formed in the shell, and at least part of the first conductive structure and at least part of the second conductive structure are located in the cavity; the parts, located in the cavity, of the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure are electrically insulated from each other, and when the liquid working medium enters the cavity, the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure are conducted through the liquid working medium; and the monitoring part is electrically connected with the detection part and is used for giving an alarm when the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure are conducted. The invention further provides a liquid cooling device, a charging pile and an intelligent terminal.
