The invention relates to a thermal management control method for an electric vehicle, which comprises a heat source component system, a thermal management control unit and a heat dissipation system, and the heat source component system comprises each component needing heat dissipation on the vehicle and a sensor for collecting the temperature of the corresponding component needing heat dissipation in real time; each sensor collects the temperature of the corresponding part needing heat dissipation in real time and transmits the temperature to the heat management control unit. When the temperature of any part needing heat dissipation is higher than a preset starting temperature value, the heat dissipation system is controlled to be started and output at the initial set output power; the output power of the heat dissipation system is further judged and adjusted according to the real-time temperature information, and when the maximum value of the temperature change rate of any part needing heat dissipation is a positive value, the output power of the heat dissipation system is improved; when the maximum value of the temperature change rate of each part needing heat dissipation is a negative value, the output power of the heat dissipation system is reduced; and when the temperature of each part needing heat dissipation is lower than the preset starting temperature value, the heat dissipation system is closed. The heat dissipation system can be quickly regulated and controlled to work, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电动车热管理控制方法,包括热源部件系统、热管理控制单元及散热系统,热源部件系统包括汽车上的各个需散热部件和用于实时采集对应的需散热部件的温度的传感器;各传感器实时采集对应的需散热部件的温度并传递给热管理控制单元;任一需散热部件的温度高于预设开启温度值时,控制散热系统开启并以初始设定输出功率输出;根据接实时温度信息进一步判断并调节散热系统的输出功率,任一需散热部件的温度变化率最大值为正值时,提高散热系统的输出功率;各个需散热部件的温度变化率最大值均为负值时,降低散热系统的输出功率;各个需散热部件的温度均低于预设开启温度值时,散热系统关闭。本发明可快速调控散热系统工作,改善散热效果。
