The invention discloses a stable switching method and device for a main BCU and a main-standby BCU in a braking system, a train and a readable storage medium. The switching method comprises the steps that whether CAN communication of a target BCU is interrupted or not is monitored, the target BCU is the main BCU playing a control function, and other main BCUs in the same CAN unit serve as the main BCU and the standby BCU; and if the braking force is interrupted, the braking force of each BCU is locked for T duration, the main and standby BCUs in the CAN unit are taken as new target BCUs, and the original target BCU is taken as the main and standby BCUs. When the standby main BCU does not turn to the main BCU (the mark of the main BCU is not sent), the braking force of each BCU is locked, the pressure fluctuation of the brake cylinder is effectively reduced in a mode of keeping the original braking force unchanged, the braking fluctuation under the communication fault is solved by using an extremely effective means which is simple to operate, and the driving safety and stability of a train are further ensured.

    本发明公开了一种制动系统中主及主备BCU平稳切换方法、装置、列车及可读存储介质,所述切换方法包括:监听目标BCU的CAN通讯是否中断,所述目标BCU为发挥控制功能的主BCU,同一CAN单元中其他主BCU作为主备BCU;若中断,将各个BCU的制动力锁定T时长保持不变,并将所述CAN单元中主备BCU作为新目标BCU,原目标BCU作为主备BCU。本发明在备主BCU还未正是转为主BCU时(未发送主BCU标记),锁定各个BCU的制动力,以原制动力保持不变的方式有效地降低制动缸的压力波动,用操作简单但是极为有效地手段解决了通讯故障下的制动波动,进一步保证列车的行驶安全以及平稳性。
