According to the inland river crossover meeting risk identification and decision-making method based on the ship traffic flow, crossover schemes, namely crossover interval duration and crossover paths, and ship meeting risk perception and decision-making are quantitatively studied by constructing a new model, and a ship meeting risk model based on visual perception is constructed. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting a fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model, comparing the fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model with a traditional fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model, identifying and deciding an encounter risk of a crossover scheme and an actual ship traffic flow, and proposing a crossover scheme meeting efficiency and safety. And a matching principle and a quantitative calculation method of the actual ship traffic flow and the crossover scheme are provided.

    本发明提出一种基于船舶交通流的内河渡线会遇风险识别及决策方法,渡线方案即渡线间隔时长及渡线路径与船舶会遇风险感知和决策通过构建新的模型进行量化研究,构建基于视觉感知的船舶会遇风险模型,将之与传统模糊综合风险评价模型进行类比,对渡线方案与实际船舶交通流的会遇风险进行识别和决策,提出满足效率和安全的渡线方案,本发明对现有风险较大的渡线方案进行优化,并提出实际船舶交通流与渡线方案的匹配原则与量化计算方法。
