An underwater equipment protection cover plate supporting structure relates to a supporting leg mounting structure of a cover plate for protecting underwater equipment, and mainly comprises a moving structure, a base, cover plate supporting legs and a piston. In the mounting process, the piston is pushed by the dead weight of the protective cover plate to extrude hydraulic oil to push the moving structure, so that the moving structure moves upwards to further fix the cover plate supporting legs. The design can be used in an underwater complex installation environment, is simple in structure and does not need to be operated by divers.
