The invention discloses supporting rubber and an anti-explosion tire, and belongs to the field of anti-explosion tires. The shape of the supporting glue is trapezoid, and the thickness of the supporting glue is 4-12mm; and the width of the upper bottom of the trapezoid is 0.5-1mm. The anti-explosion tire is applied to the aspect of an anti-explosion tire, and solves the technical problems that the stress is concentrated under zero-air-pressure driving, the durability under zero air pressure and the comfort performance under normal tire pressure cannot be considered at the same time, the anti-explosion tire cannot be suitable for all vehicle types, and the application range is small due to the defects of a supporting rubber structure of an existing anti-explosion tire; and the air-pressure-free anti-collision cushion has the characteristics of good zero-air-pressure durability and comfort performance, and is suitable for the whole vehicle type.
