The invention provides an excess material detection method, a control method and device of unmanned equipment, equipment and a medium, the excess material detection method comprises the following steps: determining calibration data of an operation module of the unmanned equipment in a non-operation state, the calibration data being used for representing a relationship between an operation parameter of the operation module and a corresponding material discharge amount; determining actual operation parameters of the operation module in the operation process of the unmanned equipment; and determining an excess material detection result according to the calibration data and the actual operation parameters. According to the technical scheme, the accuracy of the excess material detection result can be improved, and then the working efficiency can be improved.

    本申请提供了一种余料检测方法、无人设备的控制方法、装置、设备及介质,该余料检测方法包括:确定无人设备的作业模块在非作业状态时的校准数据,校准数据用于表征作业模块的运行参数与对应的物料排出量之间的关系;在无人设备的作业过程中确定作业模块的实际运行参数;根据校准数据和实际运行参数确定余料检测结果。本申请的技术方案能够提高余料检测结果的准确度,进而可以提高作业效率。
