The invention discloses a double-layer explosion-proof inner tube and belongs to the field of automobile driving safety. The vehicle out-of-control technology caused by instant tire burst in the vehicle tire running process is solved. A double-layer inner tube is additionally arranged in a traditional outer tire, an outer layer accounts for 80% of space, a bottom layer accounts for 20% of space, and the outer layer of the inner tube is a small space which is in a grid staggered shape and has the side length of 3-5 cm. The bottom of each small grid space is provided with a small hole of about 1-2mm, and the small holes are communicated with the bottom layer inner tube. When the tire is punctured by nails or sharp foreign matters during driving, the tire tube only punctures one of the plurality of small grid tire tubes, only one small grid is used for instantly reducing the tire pressure, and gas in other grids and the tire at the bottom layer can only be slowly released through the small holes, so that sufficient reaction time is provided for a driver; and the process of reducing the tire pressure is adapted. When the tire pressure becomes low at the moment of tire burst, the tire tube can delay the time that the tire pressure is reduced when an outer tire is punctured. And sufficient time is reserved for the driver to adapt and process. And major traffic accidents and personal injury are reduced.

    双层防爆内胎,本发明方法属于汽车驾驶安全领域。解决车辆轮胎运行中瞬间爆胎造成的车辆失控技术。在传统外轮胎内部增加双层内胎,外层占80%空间,底层占20%空间,内胎外层为网格交错状,边长3‑5厘米小空间。各小网格空间底部留设定1‑2毫米左右的小孔,与底层内胎互通。当行驶中轮胎由于钉子或尖锐异物扎破轮胎时,对于内胎只是扎破其若干小网格内胎的其中一个,瞬间降低胎压的只是其中一个小网格,其它网格内和底层轮胎的气体只能通过小孔缓缓释放,给驾驶员充足的反应时间,来适应胎压变低的过程。安装在车辆前轮上,当轮胎爆胎瞬间胎压变低时,此内胎能延缓外胎扎破胎压降低的时间。给驾驶员留充足的时间进行适应和处理。减少重大交通事故和人员伤害。
