The invention belongs to the technical field of railway inspection, and discloses a railway inspection vehicle, a railway inspection system and a method thereof.The railway inspection vehicle comprises a closed vehicle body, a chassis, a first image acquisition device and a second image acquisition device; the railway inspection system is based on railway inspection vehicles and comprises a control center, a cloud storage platform and a plurality of railway inspection vehicles, the railway inspection method is based on a railway inspection system and comprises the following steps: establishing a target identification model and a defect identification model based on deep learning; collecting real-time railway track data, railway inspection video data and corresponding position data; performing identification by the target identification model to obtain a target identification image data set; and the defect identification model carries out identification to obtain a defect identification result, and a railway inspection report is generated. The problems that in the prior art, railway inspection is large in labor cost input, low in safety, low in complex environment adaptability, low in efficiency and low in accuracy are solved.
